Cicely was found along the Mississippi highway this summer and needs a permanent and loving home. Her coat was originally in bad shape and she went to the groomer for a brushing and bath. When her foster mom came to pick her up, the first thing the groomer said was what a wonderful cat Cicely is. She just "hung out" while being bathed and didn't complain a bit.
